1. Online Store Standards

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our components for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to motor vehicle safety laws).

2. General Conditions & Nature of Vintage NOS Parts

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any legitimate reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted over various international networks.

NOS (New Old Stock) Disclaimer: The buyer acknowledges that NOS parts are original factory items manufactured decades ago. While preserved in pristine mechanical condition, original packaging, protective grease, or shelf aesthetics may show period-correct aging. These are historic artifacts and are sold with zero factory support from the original historical manufacturers.

3. Professional Installation Mandate & Limitation of Liability

Classic air-cooled engineering requires specialized vintage automotive expertise. All mechanical, electrical, braking, fuel-delivery, and structural components purchased from our catalog must be installed exclusively by a certified classic car technician or an authorized vintage automotive workshop.

In no case shall VW Classic Club Turkey (E Özelçi Otomotiv San. Tic. Ltd. Şti), our directors, officers, master mechanics, or logistics partners be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind—including, without limitation, lost profits, mechanical failures, vehicle accidents, track incidents, or garage damages—arising from the improper installation, calibration, tuning, or modification of any parts supplied by us.

4. Pricing and Catalog Modifications

Prices for our vintage components are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product sequence (or any technical specification dataset thereof) without liability to any client or international third party.

5. Accuracy of Billing & Account Integrity

We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail/billing address provided at the time the transaction was processed.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate transactional agreements whereby we provide you classic components shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with international commercial frameworks and the statutory commercial laws of Turkey, under the jurisdiction of Istanbul Courts.
